This role is inherently cross functional a successful candidate will be highly analytical, capable of working with diverse internal and external teams, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of data into meaningful requirements and customer insights. Responsibilities: •Collaborate with customers, engineering, and other corporate functions to understand platform product requirements. •Write detailed feature specifications for services based on requirements. •Work with development, UI UX teams through design, development, testing, and product release. •Provide insights on developer needs and industry best practices. •Define/participate in drafting product roadmaps and determine requirements for each release. •Participate in product support and QA calls, understand and help prioritize bug/fixes in the products.
